Our voluntary teaching staff have been assembled to provide a quality service, delivering the ASA's National Teaching Plan to our and Swim21's expected high standard. Each section of our LTSP (Learn to Swim Programme) has its own dedicated teacher as well as a minimum of one assistant teacher, helping to  provide the necessary tuition, thus allowing the necessary skills to be obtained by our swimmers.

The coaching staff have been carefully put together, again, with the best interest of the swimmers at heart. All coaches are dedicated and have many years of coaching swimmers from Club standard through to National standard. Each session has additional help through the use of our lane coaches, thus providing the means for our swimmers to continue their development and progress.
